Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 高圧容器、該高圧容器に設けられた製品挿抜用の下
部開口部を密封する下部プラグとによって形成される高
圧室内に、断熱外装ｙ同断前外装の内側に加熱装置を有
する高圧高温処理室を劃成し、前記下部プラグ上に載置
する被処理体を前処理室内で高圧高温ガス雰囲気下に焼
結その他の処理を行う熱間静水圧成形装置であって、前
記下部プラグ、加熱装置及び断熱外装を被処理体ととも
に前記高圧容器へ一体的に出入可能に設け、かつ前記下
部プラグを被処理体の載置される内側プラグと、断熱外
装の設置され、る外側プラグとの複合プラグとしたこと
を特徴とする熱間静水圧成形装置。 ２ 断熱外装と外側プラグとが気密に結合されたことを

水圧成形装置。 ３ 複合構造の下部プラグが内側プラグと外側プラグと
からなり、その外側プラグに断熱外層と加熱装置が設置
されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の熱間静水圧成形装置。 ゛ ４ 複合構ｉの下部プラグが内側プラグと外側プラグと
からなり、その外側プラグに断熱外層を、内側プラグの
被処理体の載置台に加熱装置をそれぞれ設けたことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の熱間静水
圧成形装置。
