Only the stitched portion of the tape contracts, causing wrinkles in the belt fabric, and when worn loosely, the stitched portion of the cloth tape digs into the abdomen, causing discomfort.

When humidified afterwards, the shrinkable warp yarns contract to form a gentle arc shape with the folded portion facing inside.
以下これを添付の図面について更に詳し、説明する。This will be explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1aの裏面に接着剤で網点状に接着されている。As shown in FIG. 2, the interlining 2 is made of, for example, polynister yarn, which has almost no shrinkage, for the warp threads 2a on one side in the longitudinal direction, and for example, highly shrinkable rayon, for the warp threads 2b, on the opposite side. It is made of a woven fabric using yarn, and its warp 2b side is positioned toward the folded portion 1b of the belt cloth 1, and is bonded to the back surface of the belt cloth 1a with an adhesive in a halftone dot pattern.

As a result, the folded portion 1b side of the pelt cloth 1 contracts, resulting in a belt portion having a gently curved arc shape as shown in FIG.

1%) at a density of 25 yarns/inch, the warp yarn 2b is made of No. 10 single rayon yarn (shrinkage rate 8.25%) at a density of 50 yarns/inch, and the weft is made of 25 polyester No. 10 double yarns.Width: 40m A belt member was obtained by gluing the interlining material (2a: 2b = 25 + 1011: 15M) between two folded cotton belt cloths with a width of 50 r + on in the above-mentioned manner, and the belt members were machined on both sides. When the sample was immersed in hot water at 600C for 20 minutes to dehydrate and then dried, a gently curved belt portion with a large radius of curvature (r=970rIrIn) was formed.

。As described above, according to the belt member of the present invention, the fabric used for the belt cloth can be easily cut without generating cutting waste, and since both side edges are straight before sewing, it is easy to sew the fabric to the body of jeans. Furthermore, after being moisturized and dried, the finished product has smooth curves and a clean appearance without wrinkles.
