    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱負荷導波管内に電力の吸収体を装着してなる熱負荷に
    被測定高周波電力を供給し、前記熱負荷の温度上昇から
    前記被測定高周波電力を測定する高周波電力計において
    、前記熱負荷導波管を銀を用いて構成し、さらに前記吸
    収体として一表面または両表面に抵抗膜を形成した抵抗
    膜基板をＢＮ基板に熱伝導性接着剤で接着したものを用
    いたことを特徴とする熱量針形高周波電力計。
