本考案は、汚水処理場等の沈砂地から搬出された砂を洗
浄する沈砂洗浄機に関するもので、その目的とするとこ
ろは洗浄効果が優れて単位時間当りの洗浄処理効率の高

本考案の構成は、回転ドラムの周壁を始端部から略中央

、終端部には排出用の窓孔を設け、上記回転ドラムは下
部が洗浄水中に投入するようにして洗浄槽に支持し、該
ドラムの始端軸部には沈砂投入口を設け、洗浄槽内には
上記ドラムの有孔壁の下方に空気噴出管を設け、洗浄槽
底部には開口を設けて同口にフライトコンベアを連設し

から洗浄能率を向上し単位時間当りの洗浄処理量を増大
する効果があり、またドラム内周壁に設けたブレードは
連続した螺旋羽根ではなく螺旋状径路に沿い多数のブレ
ードが個々に所定間隔で配列されているため攪拌洗浄の
効率が良くなり、従って回転ドラムの軸長は短くしても
充分に洗浄を達成できるので経済上も有利で実益多大な
