Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電気接続端子及びその製造方法に関する。
接続端子に設けられた孔の中へ円形の断面を有する導線
を挿入し表面を圧縮してその直径を広げ電流を変化させ
るのに必要な断面変化を導線と孔の壁間に発生させる方
法が英国特許公報第１９０１２４号で知られている。
しかしこのような方法を実施する場合に、たとえば電気
計器に使用する電流コイルを固着する場合には接触抵抗
や機械的な安定性という点で十分ではないという欠点が
あった。
したがって本発明の課題は、簡単な方法でノ・ンダ付げ
に匹敵するような固着を可能にした電気接続端子及びそ
の製造方法を提供することである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 導線を収納する孔が穿設され、かつ前記導線はその
    断面形状を変化させる圧縮工程によって前記孔に固着さ
    れる電気接続端子に釦いて、はビ矩形断面を有する導線
    ３を円形断面を有する孔２内で蛇腹状に圧縮して導線を
    端子の孔に固着したことを特徴とする電気接続端子。 ２ 前記導線の材質が銅あるいはアルミニウムであるこ
    とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の電気接続
    端子。 ３ 導線３の挿入長さに沿って矩形断面の幅と高さの比
    が５：１から２：１の間にあり、捷た関連する孔の直径
    が矩形断面の対角線より２〜１ｏ％ぐらい大きいことを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の電気接続端子
    。 ４ 導線を収納する孔が穿設されかつ前記導線はその断
    面形状を変化させる圧縮工程によって前記孔に固着され
    る電気接続端子を製造する方法において、はマ矩形断面
    の導線を端子の外部で、締付具６によって挟持し、断面
    が円形の孔に進入する圧縮棒９によって孔２と締付具６
    と圧縮棒の前面１０とによって四重れる空間内で導線の
    端部７を圧縮し、導線を断面矩形の長手方向に幾重にも
    蛇腹状に圧縮し、その際導線３と孔２の壁との間に生じ
    る摩擦によって摩擦圧接を行い、導線を端子の孔に固着
    することを特徴とする電気接続端子の製造方法。 ５ 圧縮工程の間端子１の外側で少なくとも導線と固着
    される孔２の部分を締付具１１で締め付けることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の電気接続端子の製
    造方法。 ６ 導線を切断すると同時に端子１中に挿入する導線の
    端部７の挿入長■にわたって矩形断面の挟辺側を切断し
    てエッヂを鋭くしたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    ４項に記載の電気接続端子の製造方法。 ７ 圧縮工程の前により直径の大きい孔４中に進入して
    くる導線の端部７を圧縮工程の間ガイド筒８を使用する
    ことにより固着用の孔２と同じ内径にすることを特徴と
    する特許請求の範囲第４項。 第５項又は第６項に記載の電気接続端子の製造方法。
