第1図はレーザパワーモニタの従来技術を示す概略構成
図、第2図は本考案の一実施例を示す構成図、第3図は
他の実施例の構成図である。 図面中、1はレーザ光源、2はファイバ、5゜5a及び
5bは感熱素子、6,6a及び6bは検出回路、7はパ
ワーメータ、8,8a及び8bは異常上昇表示器、9,
9a及び9bは異常低下表示器、11は警報装置、13
はレーザ発振停止回路、15は異常部分判別用の論理回
路、L1〜L、は異常部分表示用ランプ、X、 Y及び
Zは異常上昇表示信号、x、  y及び長は異常低下表
示信号である。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)  導光用ファイバに出力レーザ光を通すレーザ
    機器において、上記ファイバに感熱素子を設け、この感
    熱素子の出力によりレーザ機器をモニタする構成とした
    ことを特徴とするモニタ装置。
  2. (2)  上記感熱素子の出力に基づいて警報装置やレ
    ーザ発振停止回路などの安全装置を作動させる信号を作
    る異常検出回路を備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第1項記載のモニタ装置。
  3. (3)上記異常検出回路がレーザパワーの異常上昇及び
    異常低下のいずれも検出する回路であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載のモニタ装置。

  4. (4)上記感熱素子がファイバの長手方向に関して複数
    個所に設けられ、各感熱素子の出力の違いにより異常発
    生部分がレーザ機器のどの部分であるかを判別する回路
    を備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
    項又は第2項又は第3項記載のモニタ装置。
