    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光学走査型静電複写装置、光学走査台、および該
    光学走査台が走査に発走し、走査を終えて帰着、静止す
    る光学走査台の休止区間に、光学走査台発着手段を設け
    、該光学走査台発着手段の間に、該光学走査台の発走お
    よび／または帰着および静止時に磁気力を作用させるこ
    とを特徴とする光学走査台発着装置。
  2. （２）前記磁気力を磁気吸引力とした実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の光学走査台発着装置。
  3. （３）、前記磁気力を永久磁石によって形成した実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の光学走査台
    発着装置。
  4. （４）　　前記磁気力を形成する永久磁石の側辺に強磁
    性体からなるガード部材を設けた実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第３項記載の光学走査台発着装置。
