２図は本考案による水晶振動子の一実施°例であり、イ
は容器の蓋体を除いた平面図、口、ハはイを完成水晶振

ある。第３図は本考案による水晶基板のカット角度を示
す図で、イはＹ軸の周りに回転した図、口はＸ軸の周り

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 容器を構成する水晶基板の片面に基準振動子となる水晶
    片を収納するための凹所部をエツチングにて形成し、該
    凹部を蓋体にて密封してなる箱型容器を備えた水晶振動
    子に於て、前記水晶基板は人工水晶の２板をＹ軸又はＸ
    軸又は両軸の周りに４５°±１５°回転させた板材をエ
    ツチングすることにより前記凹部の一方の側壁部を断面
    鋭角形状となし、該鋭角形状を有する側壁部側に基準振
    動、　子となる水晶片の共振枝先端部が近接する様マウ
    ントしたことを特徴とする水晶振動子。
