ン　　　　−サ、Ｒ□、　Ｒ２，Ｒ３は抵抗、ＤＺｌは
定電圧ダイオード、Ｏ２０は発振回路、ＲＦＣは整流回
路である。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）励振用トランジスタのオン・・オフ動作により主
    トランジスタをスイッチングせ“しめるようにしたスイ
    ッチング回路において、前記主トランジスタの電源入力
    側の電位を、一定時間前記励振用トランジスタのベース
    に与える（１１）ベース回路と該主トランジスタの出力
    側の電位を該励振用トランジスタのベースに与える（第
    ２）ベース回路を備えたことを特徴とするスイッチング
    回路。
  2. （２）主トランジスタの入力端と励振用トランジスタの
    ベース端間にコン≠ンサ及び抵抗を直列接続してなる（
    第１）ベース回路を用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（１而記載のスイッチング回路。

  3. （３）主トランジスタの入力端と励振用トランジスタの
    ベース端間に増幅用トランジスタと抵抗の直列回路を接
    続すると共に、前記増幅用トランジスタのベースにコン
    デンサと抵抗の直列回路を接続するようにした（第１）
    ベース回路を用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のスイッチング回路。
  4. （４）主トランジスタの出力端と励振用トランジスタの
    ベース端に定電圧ダイオードと抵抗を直列接続してなる
    （第２）ベース回路を用いたことを、特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第（２）項もしくは第（３）項記載の
    スイッチング回路。
