Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、膜沢過、特に制限された浸透のために内側に
膜を取り付けた多孔性不織材料の薄壁管に関するもので
ある。
制限された浸透のために内側に膜を有する紙またはポリ
エステル繊維の不織材料のこのような管はそれ自体知ら
れている。
膜を有する繊維管は適当な予備処理をした後支持管内に
置かれる。
これらの支持管はたとえば開口を有する合成材料で作ら
れている。
その後、浄化すべき液は高圧下で膜を有する繊維管の内
側を通して導入される。
この高圧のために、液は膜を通過し不織層に到達しそこ
から支持管の開口を通して放出される。
しかし、浄化すべき液中の溶解物は、高圧の影響を受け
ても膜を通過することはできない。
それ故に、これらの溶解物はもつと濃縮した不純溶液と
してその液と共に去る。
膜を有するこのような繊維管の欠点は、その膜がすり減
ったときに支持管から全体を除去することが一般に殆ん
どむずかしいことである。
高い内圧のために、管の不織材料が支持管の内側に押し
付けられる。
上の結果、実際には、不織材料を除去するための積極的
手段をやむなく使用せざるを得ぬことになり、その結実
装置はその大規模な投資費用のために当然と認められる
よりも一般に長い開作動しないことになる。
繊維管を支持管から機械的手段によって除去するのを早
めようとしたが、その作業はいかなる良い結果にもなら
なかった。
本発明は、内側に膜沢適用の膜を取り付けた多孔性手織
材料の長さ方向の薄壁管の製造を目的とし、この多孔性
手織材料はその膜がすり減った後支持管から容易に除去
することができる。
これは、繊維管に引裂き部材を設けそれによって繊維管
が支持管から容易に除去でき少なくとも繊維管の一部が
長さ方向に引裂かれるようにして達成される。
この引裂き部材は、繊維管の上側に取り付けられた引張
り素子と、繊維管の下側に取り付けられたかぎ要素子と
から有効に成っている。
このような引裂き部材を使用した場合、膜がすり減った
後、かぎ要素子は引張り素子を引張ることによって上方
に動かされ繊維管を引裂くことができる。
非常に有効な実施例は、この引裂き部材を繊維管の不織
材料の2つの連続した層の間に取り付けることであり、
このような取り付けによりこの引裂き部材が多少この不
織材料中に埋込まれるのでこの引裂き部材の部分が膜の
いずれをも妨げることはないという利点が与えられる。
さらに、繊維管の外側部分のみがこのようにしてすり減
るから、管が完全にすり減る場合より除去はもつと有効
である。
引裂き部材は、繊維管の溶接繊維の条片時に超音波溶接
作業によって作られる長さ方向の継目から有利に構成さ
れている。
このようにして溶接すべき層は均一に加熱されるから(
通常の溶接作業においては殆んど不可能であるが)、超
音波溶接によって得られる継目は非常に信頼性がある。
さらに、超音波溶接は極めて小さい継目を与えるから実
際に維持される管を多孔性とするが、管の内部に取り付
けられた膜沢適用膜は、内圧がむしろ高い場合でも、い
かなる引裂きによっても損傷を受けることは殆んどない
超音波溶接工程においては側部どうしは互いに重なり合
うことができ、所望の長さ方向溶接継目は隣接する側部
どうじを突合せ溶接することにより得られる。
この工程のもう1つの利点は、非円形の断面たとえば三
角形の断面を有する管を形作るために心棒を簡単に利用
することができる。
このような断面を有する管は、たとえば繊維管のある実
施例にうまく利用される。
本発明のもう1つの目的は、上述した欠点にもかかわら
ず、そのような管を非常に簡単に製造する方法を提供す
ることを狙いとする。
それ故に、単位時間当り非常に多量の繊維管を製造する
ことができる。
これは、不織帯の側部どうじを互いの方へ連続的に折り
たたみそれらを超音波で溶接しながら繊維管に長さ方向
の溶接継目を形成することによって達成される。
本発明は、また、この方法を実施する装置にも関するも
のであり、この装置は、不織帯を供給する部材と、心棒
と、不織帯の側部領域の少なくとも一部を側部領域の他
の部分と接触させる運搬部材と、任意の隣接領域部分す
なわち連続領域部分を溶接する溶接部材とを備えている
この装置には、心棒の中または上に超音波溶接用の部材
が設けられまた運搬部材が設けられ、これは心棒上で不
織帯から管を形作ることができる。
本発明は図面に示す実施例に関して明らかになろう。
第1図は、内側にセルロースアセテート膜2を固着した
ポリエステル繊維の不織繊維管1を示す。
この組立体は、膜2を通過した透過物を放出するための
開口4を有する熱可塑性材料の支持管3の中に納められ
ている。
膜がすり減ると、繊維管1の不織材料は制限された浸透
によって作られる内圧のために支持管3の面に押し付け
られる。
従って、繊維管1は支持管3から除去するのが非常に困
難となる。
この欠点をなくすために、繊維管1内に引裂き部材5を
入れるが、この引裂き部材は繊維管を引裂くためのかぎ
要素子6から成り、かぎ要素子は細線7を通して引張り
環8と接続されており、この引張り環8にはたとえば引
張りかぎを設けることができる。
第2図はこのような繊維管1のもう1つの実施例を示し
、たとえばポリエステル繊維紙の2つの不織層1aと1
bから成る。
引裂き素子5は2つの層1aと1bとの間に埋込まれて
いる。
ある場合には、この組立体は簡単に取り除くことができ
る。
第3図はさらにもう1つの実施例を示し、ここでは引裂
き素子は、たとえば繊維管1の溶接ポリエステル繊維条
片によって表わされている。
この引裂き素子5は一方の層または両方の層1a、Ib
内に同じように有効に作ることができる。
第4図は、超音波溶接によって得られる長さ方向継目5
を有するポリエステル不織材料の繊維管1を示している
この継目は引裂き部材として働くこともできる。
管1の内側には制限された浸透のためのセルロースアセ
テート膜2が設けられている。
第5図には、超音波溶接によってそのような溶接継目を
作る装置が示されており、この装置は運搬すべきウェブ
18を供給支持体16を経て静止心棒19に供給するた
めのリール15を備えている。
ウェブ18を供給支持体16上を運搬する際、ウェブ1
8はクランプニップル17によって保持される。
その後ウェブは心棒19上を運ばれるが、この目的のた
めにいくつかの運搬素子9が中空の円形心棒19に対し
てウェブをクランプする。
引裂き部材を有する所望の繊維管1を得るために、長さ
方向の溶接継目5を作るための超音波溶接部材10が心
棒19上に取り付けられている。
繊維管1を運搬するために、運搬部材すなわちゴム条片
11が使用される。
この装置には、さらに、形成すべき膜の液体状膜成分を
供給するための容器12が設けられ、この容器からは繊
維管内に放出管13が伸びている。
管の膜をしつかりした厚さとするために、水雷形の本体
14が内側に支持されている。
第6図は不織帯5の縁領域5aおよび5bが互いに重な
った位置で長さ方向の溶接継目を形成する場合の詳細を
示す。
この位置では、超音波溶接用の溶接ホーン10が使われ
る。
心棒部分10aおよび10bが超音波溶接工程中適切な
圧力を与える。
縁領域5aおよび5bを重ね合わせる代りに、これらの
領域の縁を重ね合わせずに接合することによって一体に
溶接することもできる。
第7図は、縁領域5aと5bとを接続するのに溶接可能
な材料の帯すなわち条片20を使用した有利な実施例を
示している。
この条片20はポリエステル材料たとえば不織ポリエス
テルから成るものでよい。
以下に本発明の好適な実施の態様を列記する。
(1)膜沢適用の膜、特に制限された浸透のための膜が
内側に取り付けられた繊維質の多孔性不織材料から作ら
れた薄壁管において、その繊維質の多孔性不織管に引裂
き部材を設けたことを特徴とする薄壁管。
(2)前記引裂き部材が、繊維管の上側に取り付けられ
た引張り素子と、繊維管の下側に取り付けられたかぎ形
素子とから成ることを特徴とする前記(1)項に記載の
薄壁管。
(3)引裂き素子が繊維管の手織材料の2つの連続層の
間に埋込まれたことを特徴とする前記(1)項および(
2)項に記載の薄壁管。
(4)引裂き部材が溶接可能な繊維を含有する繊維管の
一条の溶接繊維から成ることを特徴とする前記(1)項
ないしく3)項に記載の薄壁管。
(5)内側に膜沢適用膜を有する繊維管を製造するのに
適した繊維質の多孔性管であって、前記繊維管には引裂
き部材が設けられたことを特徴とする管。
(6)引裂き部材が、繊維管の上側に取り付けられた引
張り素子と、繊維管の下側に取り付けられたかぎ形素子
とから成ることを特徴とする前記(5)項に記載の繊維
管。
(7)引裂き部材が繊維管の不織材料の2つの連続層間
に埋込まれたことを特徴とする前言改5)項に記載の繊
維管。
(8)引裂き部材が繊維管の溶接された繊維の長さ方向
条片から成ることを特徴とする前記(5)項に記載の繊
維管。
(9)引裂き部材が、超音波溶接作業によって作られる
長さ方向の溶接継目から成り、その縁領域は互いに重な
り合っても合わなくてもよいことを特徴とする前記(8
)項に記載の繊維管。
αO)長さ方向条片が接続すべき不織条片の縁部と一体
に溶接されることを特徴とする前言a9)項に記載の繊
維管。
住υ 不織帯の側部どうじが互いの方向に連続的に折り
たたまれて超音波溶接によって一体に溶接され同時に繊
維管に長さ方向溶接継目と繊維管の内側に膜沢適用の膜
を形成することを特徴とする前記(9)項に記載の繊維
管を製造する方法。
(121不織帯の側部どうじが重なり合うようにして接
合されその後一体に溶接されることを特徴とする前記0
9項に記載の製造方法。

どうしが溶接されることを特徴とする前記(9)項に記

(14) 一体に溶接すべき縁領域に不織条片のよう
な中間条片が設けられたことを特徴とする前記09項に
記載の製造方法。
(15)不織帯を供給する部材と、心棒と、前記不織帯
の側部領域の少なくとも1部をその不織帯のもう1つの
側部領域部分と接触させる運搬部材と、隣接したすなわ
ち連続した縁領域部分を一体に溶接する溶接部材と、膜
を形成するための液体状成分用の容器と、管内にあって
膜を形成するための液体状成分を導入する素子とを備え
た前記(1])項に記載した製造方法を実施する装置に
して、この装置には前記心棒の中または上に配置された
超音波溶接用溶接部材が設けられ、前記運搬部材が心棒
上の管に長さ方向の溶接継目を形成することができるこ
とを特徴とする装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 内側に膜沢適用膜を取付けた繊維質多孔性不織材料
    製の薄壁管において、前記繊維質多孔性不織管にその長
    さ方向に沿って引裂可能な引裂き部材を設けたことを特
    徴とする薄壁管。 2 内側に膜沢適用膜を取付けた繊維質多孔性不織材料
    製の薄壁管を、前記不織材料の重ね合わせた端部にシー
    ル作用が施され且つ前記管の内側には前記膜p適用膜が
    添設されるようにして製作する方法において、不織帯の
    側部どうじをその長さ方向に沿って互いの方に連続的に
    折りたたみ超音波溶接によって一体に接合して、長さ方
    向に沿う溶接の引裂き継目を形成することを特徴とする
    薄壁管の製法。 3 不織帯を供給する手段と、心棒と、前記不織帯の側
    部領域の少なくとも一部をその不織帯のもう一方の側部
    領域部分に接触させる運搬手段と、隣接したすなわち連
    続した縁領域部分を一体に溶接する溶接手段と、膜を形
    成するための液体状成分用の容器と、繊維管内にあって
    膜を形成するための液体状成分を導入する素子とを備え
    た薄壁管の製造装置において、前記心棒の中または上に
    配置された超音波溶接用溶接部材を備え且つ前記運搬部
    材が前記心棒上の管に長さ方向に沿う溶接の引裂き継目
    を形成することができることを特徴とする製造装置。
