Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数の熱電対と、この複数の熱電対の合成熱起電
    力を光信号に変換する電気−光変換手段と、この電気−
    光変換手段の光信号を伝達する光ファイバと、この光フ
    ァイバを通して伝達された光信号を電気信号番と変換す
    る光−電気変換手段とを備えた温度センサ。
  2. （２）前記電気−光変換手段は、前記合成熱起電力が与
    えられて発光する発光素子である実用新案゛　　登録請
    求の範囲第（１）項記載の温度センサ。
  3. （３）前記電気−光変換手段は、一定光量の光源と、こ
    の光源からの入射光を前記合成熱起電力に応じて光変調
    する液晶素子と、前記光源の光を前記液晶素子に伝達す
    る一部光伝達用光ファイバとから構成されている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の温度センサ。
