Among these methods, the floor slab penetration piping method, that is, the method of piping that penetrates the floor slab vertically from under the floor, is the most preferred because it is cheaper than other methods and is easy to change piping. It is widely used.

However, this method of piping through the floor slab impairs the waterproofness of the floor surface, requires additional work to drill holes in the floor slab when increasing the number of pipes, and requires removal of unnecessary pipes. This left a hole in its wake, which was a serious problem.

This idea was devised in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to make it easy to run pipes from under the floor into the room, and even if you want to increase the number of pipes, etc. There is no need to punch out holes and make holes, and on the other hand, there are no holes left in the floor even if unnecessary piping is removed, making it extremely easy to change piping, etc., without the need for conventional construction work. It is possible to easily connect various supply and drainage piping, etc. all at once without requiring any effort, and it also does not damage the waterproofness of the floor, and by covering it when not in use, it creates a flat and safe floor surface. Our goal is to provide extremely practical products such as those that can be obtained.

Therefore, when the sleeve box of this invention is installed on the floor slab 13 of a building as shown in FIG.
The box body 1 is placed at the same height as the top surface of the floor slab 13.
Since the cover body 5 is welded and fixed via anchor bolts 15, etc., it is tightly installed vertically within the floor slab 13 by pouring concrete, etc., so when installing piping, etc.,
When the plug 4 of the sleeve hole 3 of the bottom plate 2 of the box body 1 is opened and removed, the sleeve hole 3 is opened, and the hot water pipe from below the floor slab 13 is connected through the opened sleeve hole 3. It becomes possible to insert water supply pipes, gas pipes, etc., and it also becomes possible to insert electrical wiring, etc., and the number of wires can be freely increased or decreased within the range of the number of sleeve holes 3 formed in advance.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
A partition wall 18 is provided protruding from the main body 1 to divide the interior of the main body 1 into, for example, a portion that requires heat retention and a portion that does not, and a heat insulating material 19 is filled in the section that requires heat retention. You can.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a hole 20 that does not protrude upward is provided in the bottom plate 2 of the box body 1 at an appropriate location next to the sleeve hole 3, and a drainage pipe 21 is inserted into this hole 20. It is also possible to make a connection so that water that has entered the box body 1 can be drained.

Since this idea was developed as detailed above, piping and wiring can be easily installed from under the floor, and even if you want to increase the number of pipes, etc., there is no need to punch out holes in the floor on each side. On the other hand, there is no problem of holes remaining on the floor even after removing unnecessary piping, etc., and it is extremely easy to change piping, etc., and it is possible to replace various supply/discharge piping etc. without the need for conventional construction work. It can be done extremely easily all at once, and it has great practicality without damaging the waterproofness of the floor, especially for research institutes and universities where various piping, etc. are installed, changed, and removed relatively frequently. It is very advantageous for laboratory floor slab piping.
