  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 酸素イオン透過性固体電解質基板の両面に電極をそれぞ
    れ設け、一方の電極表面を他方の電極表面より厚い多孔
    質セラミック層で被覆した酸素濃度検出素子と、 絶縁性基板上に設けた１対の抵抗体で電気回路を構成し
    、いずれか一方の抵抗体の表面に炭化水素の燃焼を促す
    触媒層を設けることにより炭化水素濃度測定部と基準部
    を形成した炭化水素濃度検出素子とを一体化してなる排
    気ガスセンサ。
