幅器と、この増幅器からの偏差電圧を入力としてその大
きさに応じた2値制御信号を出力する調節回路と、この
調節回路の出力を受けて制御出力素子をオン、オフ駆動
する駆動回路とを備える温度調節器において、上記調節
回路は、上記偏差電圧が一方の入力側に印加されるとと
もに、他方の入力側に正帰還回路が接続された演算増幅
器からなり、この演算増幅器の周辺回路の接続関係を切
換える複数のアナログスイッチを含む切換手段を有し、
この切換手段を第1の動作モードにしたとき、上記演算
増幅器の他方の入力側に、基準電圧発生回路が可変抵抗
器を介して接続され、該演算増幅器が上記偏差電圧を所
定のしきい値、ヒステリシス幅でもって2値化するコン
パレータとして動作し、かつ上記可変抵抗器でもって上
記ヒステリシス幅を可変して調節感度を可変する構成と
し、また、上記切換手段を第2の動作モードにしたとき
、上記演算増幅器の他方の入力側に上記基準電圧発生回
路に代って他の基準電圧発生回路が上記可変抵抗器を介
して接続されるとともに、上記一方の入力側に負帰還回
路が接続され、該演算増幅器が上記偏差電圧に対応した
デユーティ比の方形波信号を出力する低周波発振器とし
て動作し、かつ上記可変抵抗器でもってその発信領域を
可変してオフセット調整が行なえるように構成したこと
