Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　両面に電極を有する平疲伏の正特性サーミス
    タの前記電極の一方にのみリード線を接続し、このリー
    ド線接続側の片面に絶縁体を装着し、少なくとも前記電
    極の他方の表面に絶縁皮膜を設けたことを特徴とする特
    性サーミスタ装置。
  2. （２）前記電極の一方は、ギャップによって分離された
    一対の分割電極で成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
  3. （３）　　前記絶縁皮膜は、絶縁テープで成ることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に
    記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
  4. （４）前記絶縁テープは、前記正特性サーミスタ及び前
    記絶縁体のまわりに巻装したことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第３項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
