べき同種金属導出線と一体に成形焼結するか、または金
属粉末の成形焼結体と金属導出線とを溶接してなる素子
の表面に誘電体酸化皮膜を形成して誘電体とし、これに
二酸化マンガン、グラファイト、銀等の陰極導電体層を
形成してなる一対の端面電極を有し、かつ該端面電極間
を樹脂外装してなるチップ形固体電解コンデンサにおい
て、上記焼結体から導出された金属導出線を突出させ陽
極電極表示することを特徴としたチップ形固体電解コン
