    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カートリッジ内に複数個のチップを縦列状態に収納する
    と共に、押し上げられた最上段のチップを真空吸着して
    プリント基板上にマウントするようにしたチップマウン
    ト装置のカートリッジ構造において、上記カートリッジ
    の一側面の上端にチップの一部が載置される段部を形成
    し、他側面には前記チップを上記段部の方向へバネ性を
    もって押動する爪部を設けてなるチップマウント装置の
    カートリッジ構造。
