Claims (1)
- それぞれ複数の弾性体の導電層および絶縁層を各層の境
界面が板面に直交する向きで交互に積層して形成された
第１および第２の導電板と、圧力が加えられた箇所の板
面間が導電性になる弾性体の感圧導電板と、それぞれ一
方の板面上の向い合った２つの電極間に接続された抵抗
体を有する２つの抵抗板と、絶縁体の基板とを備え、前
記基板上に前記第１の導電板と前記感圧導電板とを順次
重ねて配置し、該感圧導電板に重ねて前記第２の導電板
を前記第１および第２の導電板の前記導電層の長さ方向
が互いに直角をなす向きで配置し、前記第１および第２
の導電板のそれぞれの前記導電層および絶縁層の端部か
ら成る一端辺に１つの前記抵抗板の前記抵抗体を接触さ
せたことを特徴とする座標入力装置。
