Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は薄片試料をメツシュに接着させた状態を示す斜
視図、第２図はセルフサポート試料を示す斜視図、第３
図、第４図はそれぞれ従来のダブルメツシュの平面図お
よび従来のダブルメツシュに試料を装着する時の斜視図
である。第５図は、従来のダブルメツシュを用いた時の
欠点である薄片試料がメツシュ端部に移動してしまった
時の様子を示す図である。第６図、第７図は本考案の電
子顕微鏡試料シートメツシュそれぞれ平面図側面図を示
し、第８図は本考案のシートメツシュを用いて薄片試料
を支持した時の様子を示す側面図である。 図において、１は薄片試料、２，７はシートメツシュ、
３はセルフサポート試料、４はダブルメツシュ、５は折
り曲げ部、６はつめ、８は格子状グリッド、９は突起を
示す。

  1. 格子状グリッドが施された円形シートが２枚、平面的に
    連結された形状を有し、該円形シートの少な（とも一方
    のシートのグリッドに複数個の突起が施されたことを特
    徴とする電子顕微鏡試料シートメツシュ。
