8 発明の詳細な説明
本発明は、左右の引起し装置によって引起した芯環をそ
の株元を刈取った後横−側方に移送して放出側の機体−
画に位置する結束装置で株元側を結束してから機体−側
方に放出するバインダーに関するものである。
そして、この発明の目的は引起し分−給作用を適確に行
なうと共に、穂先側の放出側への移行を円滑しめ、それ
と同時に株元側での誘導並びに搬送作用を石の変化に対
応し得る状態で円滑且つ確実に行ない得るべくすること
によって、糸環全体の引起し、分離、誘導、搬送性能を
向1し得るべくすることにある。
以下本発明の実施例を例示図に基いて詳述すれば、機体
前方左右位置に引起し装置1.2を機体8に対して斜後
方上方に向けて斜設し、引起しがほぼ完了する位置で地
面Gより小なる1市離高い位置に刈刃4を横設し、引起
し爪5・・を持つ左右の引起し装置1.2の中間に、p

爪を持たない分信体8を斜設して、この分草体8の両側

位置させた延出枠9で支承するようにしである。
また、引起し装置1.2の後方には刈取られた芯環をも
たせかける彎曲案内板12を配設し、この案内板12の
上下中間には刈取芯環の穂先稈の株元側に作用する突起
付株元搬送帯15を刈刃4に沿って配設し、もってこれ
ら搬送体14.15によって機体−側端に位置する結束
装置20に′A11取茎卑を送り込むものである。
さらに、左右の各引起し分草径路A、Bの下方にはそれ
ぞれ刈刃4のg+1方位Uで且つ放出側位置から刈刃4
に向う程引起し分草径路A、B内に突出する茎稈誘導案
内部と、この案内部の終端に引続いて刈刃4に沿って配
設された前記突起付株元搬送帯15の前面に沿う搬送案
内部とを有する株元案内杆16.16’ 、17.17
’を設け、さらにこれら茎稈誘導案内部に相対向させて
各径路A 、 Bの反対(til+に刈刃4の前方位置
から刈刃4に向う程径路A、B内に突出する一■埠誘導
案内部を持つ弾性案内杆18,19.26を設けると共
に、これら相対向する芯環誘導案内部の終端近くに11

以上の構成によれば、機体の進行に伴って各引起し分草
径路A、Bに進入する二条の茎稈群り、D’は中間の分
草体8とそれの両側においてこれと協働する引起し装M
1,2とによって左右に分離され、引起され、且つ引起
し途中の各径路A、Hにおける茎(早の株元側は相対向
する株元案内杆16 、 l 6’ 、 1 ’I 、
I 7’と弾性案内杆18.19.26の誘導案内部
によってそれぞれ径路A、B中央側に分離誘導され、そ
して掻込み回転体10.11に誘導された茎稈の株元側
は刈刃4側に強制的に掻込まれて切断された後、これに
引続く株元案内杆16 、16’ 、 17 、 l
7’の搬送案内部に沿って案内されつつ搬送帯15の横
送り作用を受けて横送りされるものである。
尚、この横送り時に通常長さの茎稈Eの穂先側は、案内
板12にもたれかかり、穂先挟持杆18で支持されつつ
搬送帯14の横送り作用を受け、前記穂先搬送帯14に
達しない極短11Fは、株元位置において、上下にかつ
前後に一定距離l隔てた上方の株元案内杆16.16’
により強制的に彎曲案内板12側に押圧して、案内板1
2側にあたかも長埠と同じように凭せかけ、そして、こ
の姿勢を、下方に位置する株元案内杆17 、17’が
弾性的に保持して、その株元姿勢を長稈と同じ姿勢に保
持せしめ、長短停の入シ混じりにかかわらず艮好に搬送
し結束で断るのである。
以上実施例に詳述した如く、本発明は左右の引起し装置
1.2の中間に、両側の引起し装置1.2に相対向させ
て引起し爪を持たない分草体8を斜設してこの分草体8
の両側に茎稈引起し分草径路A、Bを形成し、中間に位
置する分草体8と放出側の引起し装置2の上端を刈刃4
の上方付近に位置させてこれらの上端に放出側に向う開
放空間を形成し、左右の各引起し分草径路A、Bの下方
には、それぞれ刈刃4の前方位置で且つ放出側位置から
刈刃4側に向う程引突起イ」株元搬送帯15の前面に沿
う搬送案内部とを有する株元案内杆16.16’、17
.17’を設け、さらに、これら茎稈誘導室内部に相対
向させて各径路A、Bの反対側に刈刃4の前方位置から
刈刃4に向う程径路A、Bに突出する茎稈誘導室内部を
持つ弾性案内杆18,19.26を設けると共に、これ
ら相対向する茎稈誘導室内部の終端近くに植立茎稈を刈
刃4側に掻込む掻込み回転体10.11を設け、且つ前
記搬送上手側の引起し分草径路Aの弾性案内杆18.1
9の終端側を延長して相対向する前記株元案内杆16.
17の搬送案内部と突起付株元搬送帯15との間に入り
込壕せであることを特徴とするものであるから、次の利
点を有するに至ったものである。
■ 左右の引起し分草径路A、Hに進入する各茎稈群り
、D’は引起し爪を持たない中間の分草体8と、これに
相対向する両側の引起し装M1,2との協働作用によっ
て引起されるので、引起し洩れのない適確な分離、引起
し作用が行ない得る−
■ 中間分草体8と放出側の引起し装R2の上端を刈刃
4の上方付近に位置させて、それらの上端に放出側に向
う開放空間を形成するものであるから1,11に対する
引起し作用を比較的早い時期に終了させて穂旬に対して
無理な引起し作用を年えることなく、その穂先側を開放
空間を通して素早く且つ円滑に放出側に移行させること
ができるので、脱粒や椹・切れ等を解消し々がら搬送途
中での穂先側の停滞による搬送上のトラブルを解消し得
る。
■ さらに、各忰路A、B内での茎稈の株元側は相対向
する株元案内杆16 、16’ 、 l ’I 、 l
7’の茎稈誘導案内部と弾性案内杆18,19.26
の茎稈誘導案内部とによって各径路A、Hの中央部側に
分離、誘導されて刈刃4側に導かれた後、その終端近く
に位置する掻込み回転体10.11によって刈刃4側に
強制的に掻込まれて突起付株元搬送帯15に導びかれる
ものであるが、殊に本発明では搬送上手側の径路Aにお
ける弾性案内杆18.19の終端側を延長して相対向す
る株元案内杆16.17の搬送案内部と突起株元搬送帯
15との間に入り込ませだので、最大刈取り惰にその間
隔が設定されている突起付搬送帯15と株元案(9)
内杆16,17の搬送案内部との間に少ない量の刈取茎
稈が受入れられても、その間に入り込ませた弾性案内杆
18.19の延長部と前記株元案内杆16.17の搬送
案内部との協働作用によってその茎稈の株元側を弾性的
且つ確実に挾持されるものであるから、少ない量の刈取
茎稈でも適確に搬送することができ、刈取茎稈の量の変
化にも充分に対応し得る掻込みと横送りが行ない得るに
至ったものである。
