させるための二側を示す回路図である。 図面中、ＣＰＵは中央処理装置、１３は動作判定回路、
ｓｗ２．ｓｗ３はスイッチ。、１６ｃは再トリガマルチ
バイブレータ、１６ｆは時間幅検出回路である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定した物理量をマイクロコンピュータにて処理すると
    ともにプロセス制御用の信号に変換して出力する物理量
    変換器において、上記マイクロコンピュータの基本信号
    処理機能とほぼ等しい機能を有するアナログ信号処理回
    路を上記マイクロコンピュータに対して並列に配置する
    と共に、このマイクロコンピュータの動作異常を検知す
    る回路を備え、上記マイクロコンピュータの正常動作に
    より、このマイクロコンピュータの出力を取り出し上記
    動作異常を検知する回路での上記マイクロコンピュータ
    の異常検知により上記アナログ信号処理回路の出力を取
    出すことを特徴とする物理量変換器。
