    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気吸着手段をその表面に設けたスタンパ装着用の下敷
    材をターンテーブル上に着脱自在に載置し、該下敷材を
    前記ターンテーブル上に装着することによって金属薄膜
    にて形成されたスタンパを前記吸着手段を介して前記下
    敷材の上面に吸着、保持しさらに前記下敷材を前記ター
    ンテーブル上にクランプして光学的読取手段により信号
    の読取りを行うとともに、他面前記下敷材を用いずに前
    記ターンテーブル上に原盤を載置して信号の読取りを行
    うことを特徴とした光学的読取再生装置。
