The magazine is equipped with a light shielding device to prevent light from entering the inside of the magazine. Of course, it must also be able to smoothly take in and accommodate the photosensitive material.

The magazine body 1 is loaded into a predetermined position in the phototypesetting machine body, and the drive member 9 is operated from the outside to move the photosensitive material 2 as shown in FIG.
When opened, the photosensitive material 6 can be fed into the magazine.

When printing starts, the photoreceptor 6 is intermittently fed into the magazine with the feeding operation, and after coming into contact with the photoreceptor winding guide 3 as shown in FIG. 2, it is moved along the curl of the guide 3. being sent.

Then, vibrations due to the intermittent movement of the photosensitive material are transmitted to the photosensitive material winding guide 3, and vibrations are generated in the guide 3.

This vibration smoothes the movement of the photosensitive material, and eventually it winds up into many layers as shown in FIG.

After proper printing is done in this way and the exposed material is rolled up and stored, the light-shielding plate I is closed, the magazine body 1 is removed from the phototypesetting machine, and carried to a dark room for processing such as development.

このようなマガジンで問題となることの1つは感光物の

One of the problems with such magazines is the capacity to accommodate photosensitive materials.

This is a measure to accommodate as many exposed objects as possible.

To do this, if the diameter of the first spring of the photosensitive material facing into the winding guide 3 (FIG. 4R) is made as small as possible, the core of the winding will become smaller and the storage capacity will be increased.

However, if the winding guide 3 is made of an elastic material that is soft enough to alleviate the intermittent feeding movement of the photosensitive material, the winding guide 3 will be pushed outward by the elasticity and weight of the incoming photosensitive material. As it is being expanded, the diameter R of the first spring inevitably becomes larger.

第2の問題は感光物の移動の問題である。The second problem is that of the movement of the photoreceptor.

As described above, it is better for the winding guide 3 to generate more vibrations from the viewpoint of photosensitive material movement.

そのため巻取ガイド3を薄く(弾性を弱く)シてやると

Therefore, if the take-up guide 3 is made thinner (less elastic), the take-up guide will be more likely to be pushed outward as described above, and the R of the first spring will become larger.

Therefore, if the take-up guide is made thicker (more elastic), the first spring can be kept small, but the vibrations will not be transmitted and the photoreceptor will encounter resistance when moving. When the photosensitive material is wound in multiple layers, the force for pushing and expanding the winding guide outward becomes weaker, and the amount of photosensitive material accommodated decreases.

The present invention was developed based on the above points, and an example of its implementation will be described with reference to FIG.

Thereby, the winding guide eliminates vibrations including vertical movement between the dotted line position in the figure and the solid line position or other positions.

The vibration caused by the weight having a relatively large amplitude acts so that the first spring winding diameter of the photoreceptor becomes the minimum inscribed circle R' with the winding guide, thereby establishing the relationship R>R'.

When the photosensitive material is further fed and wound up in multiple layers, the vibration generated by the weight cannot be sustained because the winding guide and the photosensitive material are in contact with each other, so the photosensitive material guide Complex vibrations begin to occur between the mounting portion 5 and the weight at the tip of the photosensitive material guide.

Although an example of implementation has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the structure of the magazine body, the structure of the light shielding plate 7, etc. can be changed as appropriate, and the mounting of the photosensitive material winding guide to the magazine water pair can be changed. The position, mounting position of the weight, weight, shape, etc. can also be selected as necessary.
