Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　圧力接続口を介して被測定流体に接続される圧力導
    入室の一側部に、弁孔を介してその圧力導入室に連通ず
    る受圧室を配設するとともに、受圧室の一端壁を形成し
    、受圧室内の圧力に応じて偏位する受圧板に、受圧室内
    の圧力が所定値引上になったとき上記弁孔をしや閉する
    弁体を連結し、さらに上記受圧板にマイクロスイッチ作
    動杆を連結したことを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 ２　受圧室は、受圧板と固定壁および上記受圧板に両端
    を装着したベローとによって形成されていることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧力スイッ
    チ。
