  1. タンク内にはフィルタケースを着脱可能に内装し、該フ
    ィルタケースにはアクチュエータからの戻り油を濾過す
    るフィルタ番収納し、前記タンクにはアクチュエータか
    ら漏出するドレン油が戻るドレン油戻り口を開口させた
    作動油タンクにおいて、前記フィルタケースの外周壁に
    は前記ドレン油戻り口から流下するドレン油を受ける油
    受を設けたことを特徴とする作動油タンク。
