沿う断面図である。 １：保持体（バッキング材）、２：超音波振動子、３：
整合層、４．５：音響レンズ。

  1. 超音波振動子上に音響レンズを設けた超音波探触子にお
    いて、前記音響レンズを中央部と周辺部とで音響特性の
    異なる物質で構成したことを特徴とする超音波探触子。
