Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコネクター固定装置の改良に関する。
従来のコネクター固定方法によると、第１図に示す如く
コネクター１をプリント基板２にハンダ付け３しネジ４
により取付用板５に固定するか、又は第２図に示すよう
にフレキシブル基板６に対し裏打板７を接着したものに
コネクター１を取付け、取付用板８に設けた爪９を穴１
０に差し込んだ後ひねって固定していた。
しかしこのような従来の固定方法によると、スペースの
少ない所では作業が面倒であり、またコネクタの脱着に
際してプリント基板のパターンが剥離することがある欠
点があった。
本考案はかかる従来技術の問題点を改良するためになさ
れたもので、コネクターと基板との間に取付用絶縁モー
ルドを介在せしめて該モールドを所定の部材に固定する
ようにしたことを特徴とする。
以下図面に示す実施例を参照して本考案を説明すると、
第３図において１１は取付用絶縁モールドで、コネクタ
ー１とプリント基板２との間に介在させ、該モールドの
各溝１２に各コネクタ一端子１３を入れるようにして、
該端子はプリント基板２にハンダ付けする。
この場合、コネクター１と取付用絶縁モールド１１を接
着テープで予め基板上に取付けておいてからコネクタ一
端子は基板にハンダ付けすると作業が極めて容易になる
。
その後、取付用絶縁モールド１１をネジ４で取付用板５
に固定する。
第４図は本考案の他の実施例で、コネクター１とフレキ
シブル基板６との間に取付用絶縁モールド１４を介在さ
せ第３図と同様にして基板６に各溝１５に入っている各
コネクタ一端子１６をハンダ付けする。
その後、取付用絶縁モールド１１の爪１７を取付用板１
８の溝１９に嵌合させて固定する。
以上説明したように本考案によれば取付用絶縁モールド
を用いているので取付部の形状を種々なものにすること
ができるのでスペースのない所でも対応が簡単で作業も
容易になり、またコネクターと取付用絶縁モールドを予
め接着テープで基板に取付けておくと、コネクタ一端子
のハンダ付は部分を取付用絶縁モールドがカバーしてい
るので、コネクター差し込み時に基板のパターンが剥離
することを防止でき、さらに取付用絶縁モールドが各コ
ネクタ一端子間に介在している為、プリント基板自体の
補強、保護板としての効果もあり、またコネクタ一端子
間のハンダの流れ込みによるブリッジ、ショートも防止
できる。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コネクターと基板との間に、板状でその側縁に前記コネ
    クターの個々の端子に対応した溝を施した、取付用絶縁
    モールドを介在せしめて、前記コネクターの端子を基板
    にハンダ付けし、該取付用絶縁モールドを取付用板に固
    定するように構成したことを特徴とするコネクター固定
    装置。
