Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコネクター固定装置の改良に関する。
従来のコネクター固定方法によると、第1図に示す如く
コネクター1をプリント基板2にハンダ付け3しネジ4
により取付用板5に固定するか、又は第2図に示すよう
にフレキシブル基板6に対し裏打板7を接着したものに
コネクター1を取付け、取付用板8に設けた爪9を穴1
0に差し込んだ後ひねって固定していた。
しかしこのような従来の固定方法によると、スペースの
少ない所では作業が面倒であり、またコネクタの脱着に
際してプリント基板のパターンが剥離することがある欠
点があった。
本考案はかかる従来技術の問題点を改良するためになさ
れたもので、コネクターと基板との間に取付用絶縁モー
ルドを介在せしめて該モールドを所定の部材に固定する
ようにしたことを特徴とする。
以下図面に示す実施例を参照して本考案を説明すると、
第3図において11は取付用絶縁モールドで、コネクタ
ー1とプリント基板2との間に介在させ、該モールドの
各溝12に各コネクタ一端子13を入れるようにして、
該端子はプリント基板2にハンダ付けする。
この場合、コネクター1と取付用絶縁モールド11を接
着テープで予め基板上に取付けておいてからコネクタ一
端子は基板にハンダ付けすると作業が極めて容易になる
その後、取付用絶縁モールド11をネジ4で取付用板5
に固定する。
第4図は本考案の他の実施例で、コネクター1とフレキ
シブル基板6との間に取付用絶縁モールド14を介在さ
せ第3図と同様にして基板6に各溝15に入っている各
コネクタ一端子16をハンダ付けする。
その後、取付用絶縁モールド11の爪17を取付用板1
8の溝19に嵌合させて固定する。
以上説明したように本考案によれば取付用絶縁モールド
を用いているので取付部の形状を種々なものにすること
ができるのでスペースのない所でも対応が簡単で作業も
容易になり、またコネクターと取付用絶縁モールドを予
め接着テープで基板に取付けておくと、コネクタ一端子
のハンダ付は部分を取付用絶縁モールドがカバーしてい
るので、コネクター差し込み時に基板のパターンが剥離
することを防止でき、さらに取付用絶縁モールドが各コ
ネクタ一端子間に介在している為、プリント基板自体の
補強、保護板としての効果もあり、またコネクタ一端子
間のハンダの流れ込みによるブリッジ、ショートも防止
できる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コネクターと基板との間に、板状でその側縁に前記コネ
    クターの個々の端子に対応した溝を施した、取付用絶縁
    モールドを介在せしめて、前記コネクターの端子を基板
    にハンダ付けし、該取付用絶縁モールドを取付用板に固
    定するように構成したことを特徴とするコネクター固定
    装置。
