Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は農用トラクタの装架式牽引装置のロワーリン
ク又はリフトリンクなどにおける自在球接手抱持装置に
関するものであり、簡単に安価に製造でき、しかもその
耐久性を向上させることかで゛きるようにすることを目
的とする。
この考案は、この目的を遠戚するために、リンクに透設
した枢支穴に接手法を挿嵌すると共に、この接手法の枢
支穴の両端外に突出する各小径部分球面を環状の各枢支
具で、受けさせるべく各枢支具の外周縁部全周をリンク
の各側面に溶着して構成したことを特徴とするものであ
り、これにより、両組文具をリンクに溶接するだけで自
在球接手抱持装置を簡単に早く製造できしかも両組支具
はプレス等により簡単に早く量産でき、従ってその装置
全体を簡単に安価に製造することができる。
また自在球接手抱持装置にかがる荷重の大部分をリンク
自体に作用させて各枢支具に作用する荷重を可及的に小
とし得、仮に接手球面とリンクの枢支穴内面並びに各枢
支具内面との間の摩擦抵抗が増大し各枢支具に作用する
荷重が増大したとしても、各枢支具の外周縁部全周をリ
ンク各側面に溶着したことから、これにより各枢支具が
変形、剥離するといった破損事故も未然に防止でき、自
在球接手抱持装置の耐久性を向上させることができる。
このような効果を奏することのできるこの考案の実施例
を次に図面参照のもとに説明する。
図中の符号１は農用トラクタの装架式牽引装置のロワー
リンクである。
このロワーリンク１の両端部にそれぞれ自在球接手抱持
装置Ａが設けられこの自在球接手抱持装置Ａは次のよう
に構成されている。
即ち、ロワーリンク１の枢支端部に枢支穴が透設されて
いる。
この枢支穴２に接手法３が挿嵌されている。
この接手法３は球体の中央部に枢支軸穴が貫通する形状
に形成され、この枢支軸穴４が固定壁又は可動壁５に同
着の枢支ブラケット６に枢支軸７を介して揺動自在に枢
支される。
その接手法３の枢支穴２の両端外に突出する各小径部分
球面が環状の枢支具８で受けられている。
この環状枢支具８は底の抜けた皿形にプレスにより成形
され、その外周部がロワーリンク１の各側面に接当され
て全周溶接されている。
次にその作用を説明すると、ロワーリンク１は枢支軸７
を支点として昇降揺動でき、接手法３を支点として左右
揺動できる。

面図、第２図は一部切欠き側面図である。 １・・・リンク、２・・・枢支穴、３・・・接手法、８
・・・枢止具。

  1. リンク１に透設した枢支穴２に接手法３を挿嵌すると共
    に、この接手法３の枢支穴２の両端外に突出する各小径
    部分球面を環状の各枢支具８で受けさせるべく各枢支具
    ８の外周縁部全周をリンク１の各側面に溶着して構成し
    たことを特徴とする農用トラクタの装架式牽引装置のロ
    ワーリンクなどにおける自在球接手抱持装置。
