Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は太陽熱温水器で温められた湯を保温する保温タ
ンクに係る。
太陽熱温水器の湯は日没に伴って冷却されるので夜間使
用の場合は低温になり太陽熱温水の効果が無くなる。
そこで本考案は太陽熱温水器で加熱された湯を貯湯する
保温タンクを提案する。
本考案の実施例を図によって説明すると鋼材１で断熱材
２を内包して構成した槽３の上部に同じ材で構成した嵌
込みふた４を嵌入して取付け、その上に周囲にボルト孔
を開設した押えぶた６を上置し、槽３の上縁外側の周囲
に取付けた鋳枠５にボルト７で取付け、嵌込みぶた４と
押えぶた６の中央部に孔８を穿設し、孔８に隣接して孔
９を穿設し、孔８には湯を導入するパイプ１０を槽内に
深く挿入して取付け、パイプ１０の先端に掛り板１１を
取付け、孔９には空気排出パイプ１２を取付け、パイプ
１０の周囲には、軽い材質１３を内包し周囲を不浸水性
の材質１４で囲って構成した浮きぶた１５を設け、槽３
の低部に孔を開設して配湯パイプ１６を取付けた。
以上の様に構成したので火熱温水器で加温された湯はパ
イプ１０より保温材で構成された槽３内に導入すると湯
の増加に伴って浮きぶた１５は湯面を覆って上昇し槽内
の空気はパイプ１２で押し出され、湯の使用によって減
少すると浮きぶた１５は下降して掛り板に止まり底面に
接着しないので湯の増加によって場内に潜入することな
く何時でも湯面を覆っているので湯温の降下を防ぎ１没
後も熱い湯を使用出来る効果がある。

  1. 本文に記載し図に示す様に、保温材で構成した槽３に同
    じ材で構成した嵌込みふた４を嵌込み、槽３の上縁周囲
    に鋳枠５を取付け、嵌込みふた４の上面に押えふた６を
    覆って鋳枠５に取付け、ふたの中央部に孔を開設してパ
    イプ１０を槽３に深く侵入して先端周囲に掛り板１１を
    取付け、パイプ１０の周囲に、軽い材質１３を不浸水性
    の材質で囲って構成した浮ふた１５を設は槽の底部に配
    湯パイプ１６を設けた保温タンクの構造。
