  1. 金属表面処理を行う複数の電解負荷に順方向及び逆方向
    電力を供給する電源設備として、負荷の数に一致する頭
    側チョッパと逆側チョッパを具備し、該チョッパに順方
    向及び逆方向の直流電力を供給する順側整流器、頭側直
    流母線、逆側整流器及び逆側直流母線により構成される
    順逆反転式変換装置。
