    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 交流電源の電圧を変圧すや変圧部分と、変圧した交流電
    源を受けて交流を直流に置換する整流部分より成り、か
    つ、前記変圧部分、整流部分とも油中部分に浸漬して、
    油浸冷却する。半導体整流装置において、前記、変圧部
    分、整流部分を１つの容器内に収納し、かつ、変圧部分
    を上部に、整流部分を下部に配置した事を特徴とする半
    導体整流装置。
