Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸の外周に複数枚の羽根を放射状に連設したロータ
    一本体をケーシング内に回転可能に嵌装してなる連続蒸
    煮装置に用いられる醸造用原料の供給または排出用のロ
    ータリーバルブにおいて、前記回転軸を中空にして冷媒
    の通流路を設けると共に、ロータ一本体の各羽根の内部
    を中空にして−冷媒の通流路を設け、回転軸内の通流路
    と各羽根、　　　内の通流路とを連通してここに冷媒を
    送通し、回転軸及び羽根を冷却して原料が回転軸及び羽
    根の表面に付着するのを防止するようにしたことを特徴
    とするロータリーバルブ。
