Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に中空金属導体から成る一対のドリフト管を含み、
    前記ドリフト管の周囲は真空に保たれる構造を有する空
    胴共振器において、前記ドリフト管は前記空胴共振器の
    壁に銀を主成分とするろう材で固着され、前記ドリフト
    管の先端部と前記空胴共振器の壁の間の前記ドリフト管
    の外周に少なくとも一つの幅０．８ｍ、深さ１ｍ＋１以
    上の溝を有する事を特徴とする空胴共振器。
