Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■ 成形型の型窩内へ発泡性熱可塑性樹脂粒子による原
料をエアーによって充填し、該粒子を加熱膨張させて発
泡成形品を得る装置において、ブロワ−にて供給される
低圧空気による原料充填機構とコンプレッサーにて供給
される高圧空気による原料充填機構とを併設してなるこ
とを特徴とする発泡成形装置。 ２ ブロワ−として送風圧３０（ｈ＋＋ｍＨｇ以下のも
のを用いる上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の発
泡成形装置。゛ ３ ブロワ−による原料供給機構としては、ブロワ−の
吸込口を原料ホッパーに連通し、ブロワ−の吐出口を成
形型の原料充填器に連通してなる上記実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の発泡成形装置。
