Claims (1)
- 試料を収納する試料容器と、同試料容器を気密に保持す
るレトルトと、同レトルトを加熱する加熱炉と、上記レ
トルト内に不活性ガスを供給するガス供給管と、上記レ
トルトに連通しガスを外部に取り出す取出管と、上記レ
トルト内に配設され温度を測定する温度計とからなる熱
分解装置において、上記ガス供給管の内部を通して温度
計をレトルト内に挿入するようにしたことを特徴とする
熱分解装置。
