    面から０．３−０．５　入９　（Ｑ　ｙ：管内波長）は
    なれた位置で導波管の長辺方向の中心から管、　　壁方
    向に入ｆ１１００＝−７λｆ／１００ずらして発振素子
    を取り付け、上記発振素子からさらに開口部側へ０．２
    　人ｇ〜０．３３λｇはなれた位置で、導波管の長辺方
    向の中心に受信素子を取り付けたことを特徴とするマイ
    クロ波送受信装置。１
