Claims (1)
- 熱風循環式調理器において、熱風循環用ファンを駆動す
る駆動用モーターと直列に正特性サーミスタを挿入し、
この正特性サーミスタはオーブン庫内の最高温度が負特
性部分になるようなものを設定し、またモーターの電圧
は最大トルクを発生する電圧よりも高く設定したことを
特徴とする熱、 風循環式調理器。
