  1. 室の外の空気を室内に、内蔵の熱交換素子を通じて取入
    れるための、送風機を備えた吸気路と、室内の空気を室
    の外へ前記熱交換素子を通じて排気するための、送風機
    を備えた排気路とを有し、前記排気路にはその熱交換素
    子より上流部に、′排・　気流を水に接触させて加湿冷
    却する冷却装置が配設されている構成の換気装置。
