拡大図である。 図中、18は排出マニホルド、22は触媒管、22aは
開口、44はガス移送管(ピッグテール)、46は突出
部材(ウェルドレット)、46bは端ぐり、48は制御
カラー、48aは内周縁、49は溶接部、51は、すみ
肉溶接、52は溶接部。

Claims (1)
- 円筒状の第1部材を第2部材の側壁の開口に整一
合させて連結するためのものであって、該両部材間の高
温に基因する相対的な曲げ作用を受ける溶接継手におい
て、一端を前記第2部材に連結されており、前記開口に
整合した貫通孔と他端に前記第1部材の端部を受容する
ための端ぐりを有している筒状突出部と、該筒状突出部
の前記他端を該第1部材の外表面の一部分に結合する第
1溶接部と、前記曲げ作用によって惹起される機械的応
力を該第1溶接部の位置から変位させるために、該第1
溶接部に近接する内端位置から第1部材を囲繞して延長
する、該第1部材と同じ素材のカラーと、該カラーの内
端を前記第1溶接と第1部材とに結合する第2溶接部と
からなる溶接継手。
