Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は正しい測定が出来る血圧計のゴム袋を提供せん
とするもので、従来、此種のものは袋体の表面が平滑面
であるため、これを被覆する布袋との間で滑り、その滑
りによって雑音が発生し、これが原因となって正しい測
定が不可能であった。
本考案はこれら従来の欠点を解消せんとするもので、そ
の実施の一例を図面について説明すると、袋体Ａは此種
の技術分野において周知の形態のもので、製造型Ｂをゴ
ム溶液に浸漬して、これを剥離形成するものであり、そ
の表面に微凹凸１を設ける０ 微凹凸１は袋体Ａの表面に物理的に設けるもよいが、ゴ
ム溶液に短繊維２を混入させ、これが表出して微凹凸に
なるように形成することも出来る。
具体的実施例を述べると、製造型Ｂを約５０℃位に暖め
、硝酸カルシウム４０に対してメタノール６０の凝固液
につけてすぐに引き上げメタノールが蒸発後、ゴム溶液
すなわち、６０％ゴムラテックス１６７、硫黄１．２、
亜鉛華ｉ、ｏ、加硫促進剤０．６、カーボンブラック０
．３の溶液ａ′に約４分間浸漬し、引き上げ、０．８５
〜１．０ＷａｒＬの膜ａを形成し、８５〜９０℃のオー
プンに通して約５分位乾燥させた後、６０％天然ゴムラ
テックス１６７、綿又は化繊３０、カゼイン２、水２０
０１０−ト油０．１を配合せる溶液ｂ′ に約３０秒間
浸漬した後引き上げ８０〜９０℃のオーブンで乾燥して
表層すの二層よりなる袋体Ａを離型する。
本考案は袋体を二層とし、その表面層に短繊維を混入し
て微凹凸を設けたから、布袋で被覆した場合すべらない
ため摩擦音が発生しないので雑音が生じるおそれがなく
、正確な測定が出来、その製造及び取扱しも極めて簡単
なものである。

図面は本考案血圧計のゴム袋の実施の一例を示すもので
、第１図は正面図で一部切欠する、第２図は製造工程図
であり、図中Ａは袋体、１は微凹凸である。

  1. 袋体を二層とし、その表面層に短繊維を混入してこれが
    表出して微凹凸を設けてなる血圧計のゴム袋。
