    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 逆相入力端へ入力抵抗を介して入力信が印加された演算
    増幅器と、この演算増幅器の出力端から゛　　逆相入力
    端へ接続された帰還用抵抗と、前記演算増幅器の出力端
    に直列接続された電圧駆動の第１のＭＯＳ）ランジスタ
    と、この第１のＭＯＳトランジスタの出力を前記演算増
    幅器の逆相入力端べ帰還する第１のＭＯＳ　トランジス
    タと同一極性の第２のＭＯＳトランジスタとを備え、前
    記第１、第２のＭＯＳ）ランジスタを同一極性のゲート
    信号にて制御することを特徴とするアナログスイッチ回
    路。
