Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流入口及び吐出口を備えたケーシング本体の弁座に近接
    した位置にガイド筒体を設け、このガイド筒体内にコバ
    ルト材による表面硬化合金を約２〜５ＷＦ＋程度の厚さ
    にしたブツシュを設け、このブツシュに摺動自在に嵌合
    する弁体を有する弁棒の外周にコバルト材による表面硬
    化合金を約２〜５閣程度の厚さに設けたことを特徴とす
    る弁装置。
