Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 有底筒状の気密容器の一方の底面内壁に形成された光電
    面と、鍔部で前記容器の側壁に連結され深皿状部分の底
    部に開口を有する支持体と、前記開口部に位置しかつ前
    記光電面に対向するように設けられている網状電極とを
    有する形式の光電変換管において、前記支持体の深皿状
    部分外周と前記容器の側壁内面の間に形成される円環状
    の空所を前記深皿状部分の側壁に１以上の貫通孔を設け
    ることにより、前記網状電極、支持体、光電面および前
    記容器内壁に囲まれる空間を前記容器内の他の空間と連
    通させることにより、光電面の形成に用いるアルカリ金
    属の環流路を形成することにより、光電面と網状電極間
    空間の耐圧特性を改善したことを特徴とする光電変換管
    。
