本発明は冷媒流れの切換えによって冷房もしくは暖房を

一般的にかかる冷暖房装置においては暖房運転時で室外
気温の低い時には十分な能力を発揮できず、冷房能力に

冷暖房機のものの方を能力的に大きなものを使用し、冷
房運転では能力をダウンさせる方式(冷媒バイパス方式
等)で回路設計をしたもの、あるいは補助電気ヒータを
別途設けるもの等を採用して対処させている。ところが
前者は必要以上に圧縮機の能力を大きなものを使用しな
ければならないので冷房運転の効率が悪く、後者は電気
ヒータであるため消費電力が高く効率が悪いといった欠
