    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光窓を設けた外管と、該透光窓に対向して冷却台を介
    して光電変換素子を配設した内管とからなり、かつ内外
    両管の空間を真空状態とした２重管構造の冷却型光電変
    換装置において、上記冷却台の光電変換素子配設面以外
    の面に複数個の貫通孔を穿設して当該冷却台の熱容量を
    減少せしめたことを特徴とする冷却型光電変換装置。
