Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）本体内に設けられるとともにモータによって駆動
    され、粉砕された厨芥を遠心力により脱水する逆円錐台
    形の脱水ガゴと、脱水された厨芥を上記本体より放出す
    るための厨芥放出口と、上記本体に着脱自在に設けられ
    、この厨芥放出口からの厨芥を収納するための収納容器
    とを備えた厨芥処理装置において、上記収納容器の内壁
    に固着された発光素子と、同じく上記収納容器の内壁に
    固着されこの発光素子からの光を受光し、この光を受光
    している間だけ信号を発生する受光素子と、この受光素
    子からの信号が所定時間連続して跡絶えた時に上記モー
    タを停止するとともに、報知器を動作させる収納量検知
    部とを備えたことを特徴とする厨芥処理装置。
  2. （２）上記発光素子および上記受光素子とを、上記−収
    納容器の厨芥入口よりも若干下方の高さ位置に設けたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の厨
    芥処理装置。
