    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 地中に伝熱管を埋設しかつその内部に貯水するとともに
    、短管と、貯水の深部に下端が位置する汲上げ用の長管
    とを伝熱管に垂下する一方、前記長管に、１つの出口ポ
    ートが伝熱管内部に開口する切換弁を介在させ、かつ長
    管に、切換弁下方位置で汲上げポンプを取付けたことを
    特徴とする地中温度を利用する空調装置。
