であった。[Detailed Description of the Invention] To protect floating marine facilities from collisions due to mishandling of vessels navigating outside the floating facilities, and to prevent floating materials such as oil spilled into the open ocean due to accidents at the floating facilities, This invention relates to a floating anti-oil breakwater that has the effect of reducing the energy of waves from the open ocean as a secondary effect. The function of a shock absorber is to convert the energy of the colliding vessel into the energy of inertia, damping force, and restoring force acting on the shock absorber and absorb it. However, it was difficult to simultaneously function as an oil dike.

FIG. 2 is a view in the direction of the n-1 arrow in FIG. 1. The embankment body 2 has a floating fence 6 disposed above the floating body 5 and an underwater fence 7 disposed below the floating body 5, and each floating body 5 is moored to the seabed with a mooring anchor chain 8. In this type of anti-impact, anti-oil breakwater, the underwater fence 7 provided at the bottom in particular exhibits remarkable effects in terms of its anti-shock, anti-oil, and wave-proofing performance. In other words, regarding the impact protection performance, the fluid force (additional mass,
This has the effect of increasing the damping force (damping force) to effectively absorb collision energy, and increasing the depth of the embankment body 2 has the effect of improving the oil and wave protection performance. Furthermore, the deeper the depth of the underwater fence 7, the more remarkable these effects will be.

In an embankment body consisting of an underwater fence whose upper end is fixed along the longitudinal direction of the lower part of the floating body and hangs downward, a secondary body is disposed diagonally below the floating body on the side of the embankment body, It is characterized in that it protrudes from the embankment body.

Fig. '4 is a view taken in the direction of the arrows corresponding to Fig. 2, and the levee body is constructed in the same manner as the conventional example. Steel, wood, bamboo, rubber,
A sub-body 13 made of synthetic resin or the like is installed in parallel with the main floating body 5. The secondary body 13 is installed below the center of the main floating body 5 or the center of gravity of the entire embankment body 2.

However, if there is a possibility of a collision with a small vessel operating inside the anti-shock and oil breakwater, the secondary aircraft 13 may be installed on the side of the protected offshore facility to improve the situation. good.

Since the collision object 9 pushes the dam body 2 against the secondary body 13, the levee body 2 moves in the advancing direction of the collision object 9 and receives the fluid force 10. is located below the center of gravity of the embankment body 2, so the moment around the center of gravity due to the collision force 11 acting on the secondary body 13 is the same as the moment around the center of gravity due to the fluid force 1θ acting on the underwater fence 7 and floating body 5. It fits about 9. Therefore, the embankment body 2 does not slope, and problems such as a decrease in the apparent depth of the underwater fence 7 due to the slope do not occur.

If the collision-proof oil breakwater collides with the colliding object 9, it will naturally result in partial destruction, but in the collision-proof oil breakwater according to the present invention, the collision object 9 collides with the sub-aircraft 13, so the destruction occurs only in the sub-aircraft 13. This occurs to the support structure member 12, but no damage is caused to the embankment body 2 including the floating body 5. That is, the auxiliary body 13 and the support structure member 12 also exhibit the same effect as the ノ(non)(-) of an automobile.
