Claims (1)
の係止爪を形成すると共に、その外周に把手を突設して
あり、蓋体には、その周縁部から複数個の内向き係止爪

められるように構成された、圧力鍋において蓋体の上面
の適所に孔をあけ、そこに、次のような開閉弁、すなわ
ち、 （ａ） 該開閉弁は、その下端面を弁座とする円筒状
の弁本体と、この弁本体の内周面に摺動自在に嵌合して
そのスプール部分が弁本体の上端より上方へと突出せし
められ、そのスプール部分が弁本体の下端より下方−＼
と突出せしめられた部分に、前記弁座に衝合する鍔状の
弁頭を備えたポペット弁とでもって、構成されており、
（ｂ） 前記ポペット弁のスプール部分には、その出
口が常時蓋体の外側に開口せしめられ、その入口は常時
鍋内部の弁本体外に露出せしめられる如き位置に開口せ
しめられた通気路を設けである開閉弁、 を装着して設け、鍋本体の外側面の適所に、その−側面
を後述のレバーに対するカム斜面となし、該斜面の鍋本
体側にはレバーの回動を不能にするストッパーを突設す
ると共に、蓋体の上面の適所に突設せる軸受はブラケッ
トにてその支点を枢支されたレバーを、蓋体の上に設け
る。そしてこのレバーの一端を前記開閉弁のポペット弁
に連結し、その他端を前記カム斜面の作用領域に臨ませ
てあって、少くとも蓋体の係止爪を鍋本体の係止爪に全
面的に係合させた状態においては、前記ポペット弁の入
口は弁本体内にかくれる様な中立位の状態になり、圧力
の上昇と共に前記レバーの他端がストッパーの係止作用
面の作用領域に位置して蓋体を回動変位不能ならしめ、
ポペット弁が中立位にもたらされると、前記レバーの他
端がストッパーの作用領域よりはづれて前記カム斜面の
作用領域に位置して蓋体を回す事が出来該蓋体を回す事
によって前記ポペット弁の通気路の入口が漸次露出して
鍋の内外を連通せしめられるように構成しであること、
