    ラムと前記測定ダイアフラムとの間にそれぞれ封入され
    た第１、第２封入液と、測定流体に接する接液ダイアフ
    ラムと、該接液ダイアフラムと前記第１シールダイアフ
    ラムとの間に封入された第３封入液とを具備し、前記第
    ２シールダイアフラムに所定圧が加えられる差圧測定装
    置において、前記第１シールダイアフラムの容積変化率
    Φ１と、前記第２シールダイアフラムの容積変化率Φ２
    と、前記第１封入液の液量Ｖ□と、前記第２封入液の液
    量■２とがＶ２　＞　Ｎ±を満足Φ２　　Φ１ するように選ばれたことを特徴とする差圧測定装置。
